The one belief

The businesses that most need a marketing and finance department are exactly the ones that will never be able to hire one. An HVAC company with four trucks, a two-person law office, a grant consultant working from a kitchen table. They lose leads at 9 PM, send invoices three weeks late, and find out about a bad month when the accountant calls. Not because they are bad at business. Because there is nobody on the night shift.

Why it exists

Every tool sold to these owners asks them to move in: new dashboard, new inbox, new place their data lives. Most of it sits unused within a quarter. We wanted the opposite. Something that arrives, learns how the business already runs, and hands back finished work without asking the owner to change a single habit except reading one short brief in the morning.

That is why it runs on the owner's own machine, with the owner's own accounts, and writes real files. If we disappeared tomorrow the files would still be there.

Who builds it

NightShiftAgents LLC is built in Decatur by a small team focused on operations, bookkeeping, and practical software for small businesses. We use the same operating model internally that we install for customers.
