NightShiftAgents for Real Estate
The Zillow lead gets a real reply in four minutes. From you.
Speed to lead is most of this business. The buyer who inquired at 10:40 PM is talking to whoever answers first, and that is usually an ISA at a big team. NightShiftAgents drafts the reply in your voice with your next two showing windows, logs the lead in Follow Up Boss, and turns every new listing into a week of content while you are at the closing table.
Night Shift is set up for your industry. Written for a listing agent or the lead of a small team. Runs on your machine, with your accounts.
The problem
You are the agent, the marketer, the coordinator and the ISA. Three of those get done badly.
- 01
A Zillow inquiry sits for an hour because you were in a showing. Conversion on a lead answered in five minutes versus sixty is not a small difference. It is the business.
- 02
You have a new listing and no content. The photographer sent 42 photos. A reel, an email and three posts should exist by tonight. You will post one photo with the word 'Listed' on it.
- 03
Your past clients are your best source of referrals and you have not touched most of them since closing. Anniversaries, equity updates, the neighbor who just sold. None of it goes out because there is no list.
A working day
The same day, before and after.
Before
- 6:30 AM
Four new leads overnight across Zillow, Realtor.com and your site. You will reply after the school run. Two are already booked with someone else.
- 9:00 AM
Listing appointment. You promise a marketing plan. You do not have one written.
- 12:00 PM
Open house follow-up from Sunday. Eleven sign-ins. You text three. The rest are in a notebook in the car.
- 2:30 PM
New listing goes live. You post one photo. The reel never gets made.
- 5:00 PM
Your broker asks for your pipeline number. You guess.
- 10:40 PM
Zillow buzzes. Pre-approved buyer, wants to see the listing this weekend. You will reply tomorrow.
After install
- 6:30 AM
Morning brief. Four overnight leads, each replied to within four minutes with your two next showing windows. Two chose a time. All four are in Follow Up Boss, tagged by source.
- 9:00 AM
Listing appointment. The marketing plan is a real document: 30 days of content, open-house sequence, neighborhood report. It was drafted from your last three listings.
- 12:00 PM
Sunday's eleven open-house sign-ins got their day-one follow-up Monday morning. Three replied. The rest are in the sequence.
- 2:30 PM
New listing goes live. The reel script, the email and three posts were in your Drafts at 5:30 AM. You approved them from the brief.
- 5:00 PM
Broker asks for your pipeline. You forward Friday's forecast file. It includes which deals are at risk and why.
- 10:40 PM
Zillow buzzes. You are asleep. The reply is drafted, the lead is logged, and the buyer gets your windows at 10:44.

daily · 5:30 AM · per active listingTakes one property — the photos, the MLS remarks, your notes — and produces a 30-second reel script, a just-listed email and three social posts, each with a different angle: the kitchen, the neighborhood, the price story. Compliance language from your brokerage template is included every time.

Read this part
What it does not do.
- It does not write offers, counters or addenda.
- It does not negotiate with anyone, ever.
- It does not touch the compliance side of a transaction: disclosures, deadlines in the contract, earnest money, anything in DocuSign. It can remind you of a date it reads from your calendar. It cannot act on it.
- It does not give pricing opinions on a property. The neighborhood report is data from your MLS with the date on it; the CMA is yours.
- It does not send anything without your approval — unless you switch that agent to auto-send. Fair-housing and brokerage compliance language is included in every draft, and every draft is still yours to check.

- Always. Six-line card.
A transaction coordinator manages the contract-to-close checklist and talks to the title company. The agents do not touch the transaction. An ISA makes outbound calls. The agents do not call anyone. What they do is answer every inbound lead in minutes and make sure every listing and every past client gets the touch it should have gotten.
Market figures are typical ranges for this role, not a quote. Your Agent Improvement Plan uses your numbers.

What owners in your industry ask first.
Questions
Frequently asked.
- Which MLS does it work with?
- Any MLS you can export from or that provides you a data feed. The neighborhood report reads the export you already have access to as a member. We confirm the exact method in the Agent Improvement Plan.
- Will Zillow or Realtor.com know a reply was drafted by an agent?
- The reply goes out from your email or your CRM, as you, after your approval or under your auto-send rule. There is no third-party sender. What the lead sees is a fast, specific reply from you.
- What does the listing content look like when the photos are bad?
- The agent uses what it has and tells you in the brief when it is thin. It will not invent features that are not in the remarks or the photos. If the listing has three photos of a dark kitchen, you get a script built around the price and the location, and a note suggesting you get better photos.
- How does the commission forecast handle a deal that falls through?
- The moment the stage changes in your CRM, the forecast updates the next Friday, and the change is noted at the bottom of the report: what fell out, why if you logged a reason, and the effect on the quarter.
- Can it work for a small team, not just one agent?
- Yes. Lead routing follows whatever rule your CRM already uses; the agent drafts in the assigned agent's voice and calendar. Each agent on the team gets their own morning brief.
Under 15 minutes of questions. Then your real estate night shift runs.
You get a written Agent Improvement Plan the same day: which of the agents above, in what order, and what it costs. The industry is already filled in.
