Trust

Three rules. Written plainly, because you will hold us to them.

No legal hedging on this page. The legal pages are linked at the bottom if you want them.

Rule one

It asks before it spends.

This is the actual list from the company file template. Anything on it stops and waits for you. You can add to it. You cannot remove from it.
  1. 01Exceeding the advertising budget in your company file
  2. 02Changing prices, or quoting outside the live price list
  3. 03Refunds or credits beyond routine policy
  4. 04Legal or contractual commitments of any kind
  5. 05Mass outreach to a new audience
  6. 06Any new public claim or guarantee
  7. 07Deleting customer or financial data

This is the exact format it uses to ask. Six lines, always the same order, always with a recommendation and a deadline. If you do nothing, it does nothing.

Approval neededpaid-media-reallocation
Decision requested
Raise the daily ad cap from $150 to $220 for the next 5 days.
Why it matters
The heat pump campaign is booking at a lower cost per job than any other source this month and the cap has stopped it by 2 PM three days running.
Recommended action
Approve for five days, then return to $150 and review in Friday's P&L.
Money at risk
$350 over five days above the current cap.
Upside and downside
Roughly two to three additional booked estimates at the current rate, if it holds. · The rate may not hold. The extra spend is capped and stops automatically Friday.
Deadline
Today, 2:00 PM. After that, the cap stays where it is.

Rule two

It never invents a number.

  1. 1.Every figure is pulled live from the source system at the moment of the report.
  2. 2.A source that cannot be reached is reported as unavailable and named. Never as zero.
  3. 3.A zero denominator is reported as “undefined — 0 customers.” Never as 0, and never omitted.
  4. 4.An advertising platform's reported conversions never substitute for verified revenue.
  5. 5.A disagreement between two sources is itself reported as a finding, with both figures shown.

Most reporting tools will quietly show you a zero when they have simply lost the connection. Owners then make real decisions on it. Cut a campaign that was working. Chase a customer who already paid. Assume a slow week that was actually a broken feed.

We would rather hand you a report with a hole in it and tell you where the hole is. A blank labeled unavailable is information. A zero that is not really zero is a lie you will act on.

Rule three

Your data stays yours.

It runs on your machine with your logins.
The agents run on a computer you own, signed into accounts you control. There is no copy of your inbox, your CRM or your books on our side.
We never take custody of your customer list.
It is read in place, on your machine, to write drafts and reports. It is never uploaded to us, never used to train anything, never shared.
You can revoke any connection at any time.
Each connection is a login you granted. Sign out, change the password, or turn the agent off in the portal. The agent stops. The next brief tells you it stopped.
If you cancel, every file stays.
Every file it produced is already on your computer and stays there. We do not export your data when you leave because we never had it.

Our Privacy Policy and Terms explain the same commitments, along with the legal details.
